Our services cover all of the steps and document processing of mercantile and loan management and consulting that a company might require, from the editing of documents, assistance with notaries and document certification, to filings and registrations.

• Registration of documents, notarized declarations, deeds and charters in the Local Mercantile Registry, the Central Mercantile Registry and/or the Property Registry. Processing of capital increases, powers of attorney, mergers, splits, property sales, loans, loan cancellations, divisions of ownership and any other process entrusted to us, from its authorization to its acceptation by the corresponding Registry, assuming total management of these documents and maintaining our client regularly and punctually informed of the evolution of each process.
• Cancellation of encumbrances on real estate and property. We perform an analysis of the registry status and proceed to the lifting of the existing claim.
• Articles of incorporation and related items. We handle the incorporation, drafting of statutes and proper initiation of fiscal activity.
• Sale of Limited Liability Companies for immediate use. For those clients who for operational needs require a company with independent legal status, we will place one at their immediate disposition drawing from previously constituted clean and ready-for-use companies.
• Calculation of transfer tax and stamp duties, as well as inheritance and donation taxes. We study the the various options and provide an assessment of the best tax strategy.
• Internet domain applications. We process domain applications and their inscription in the Mercantile Registry.
• Processing of Official Announcements and Financial Announcements. We publish and manage announcements in the Official Bulletin of the Mercantile Registry and the national press. We take responsibility for their correct insertion and for meeting the requirements of mercantile regulations.
• Legalization and updating of inoperative companies, Limited Liability Companies and Public Limited Companies. Reactivation of companies in the Mercantile Registry, failure to pay taxes, minute books.
