Documents Registering and notary deeds in the Regional Trading Registry, Central Trading Registry and Property Registry. Deeds proceedings for an increase in capital, proxies, mergers, splits, sale-purchase of properties, mortgages, mortgages’ cancelation, horizontal division and any other task entrusted to us, from its naming to its definite inscription in the corresponding Registry, taking on the whole of the management of such documents and keeping constant and updated contact over the state of each file and report.
