Payroll Service

The Payroll Service includes the following:

• Work contracts and their communication to the Spanish Public Employment Service Data Base. We provide an Employment Consultancy service where we put forward the best contractual option to be taken, guaranteeing the application of any legally appropriate bonuses.
• The notification of any change, addition/deletion of your employees to Social Security.
• We prepare your payroll in accordance with your instructions and with the specific applicable sector legislation.
• We issue lists for assessment regarding salary costs, budgets and accounting, as well as simulations about changes in the payroll, increases in the CPI or the calculation of delays.
• We will prepare monthly lists for you where you will be able to monitor sick leave or leave due to accidents and the absenteeism of your workforce.
• We process and prepare the contribution forms for Social Security, we process credit balances, the deposit of payments via direct debit or by ePayment, possible postponements of contributions and appeals due to claims against debts.
• We take care of managing and processing the medical admission and discharge forms of AT and EP social security mutual funds, as well as the confirmation forms to the Spanish National Institute of Social Security, both those derived from common and professional contingencies.

We cover any activity related to your Human Resources and Personnel Administration Department.
