Gesdocument staff is 95% formed by university graduates in all the different specialization branches of business management. Therefore, we can provide our clients with qualified professionals who duly pave their way for these companies to achieve the positive results they are looking forward to.

The professionals we want to work for must be honest people and even better professionals, self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility, ability to think logically, able to understand and also able to make themselves understood. They must be willing to grow up as individuals and as professionals, always moving forward to their development, for the sake of our clients.

At Gesdocument, the recruiting activity and professionals’ hiring is a continuous activity. This is why we have a whole team of specialised consultants in charge of finding the most adequate candidates.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We design every recruitment process according to the characteristics of the position we want to cover for. The recruitment consultants make up the necessary Job Descriptions together with the heads of each department in order to elaborate the proper recruitment process and their right timing.

The tests which are common to all processes are: Languages, Technical knowledge and Personality. In the last stage of the process, the direct responsible for the position to be covered chooses the person to be hired.

The objective is to hire the most skilled person and the one who best fits in the vacant position.

The evaluation of their different skills, motivation and attitude are required for all our positions as it is our main philosophy and our main company culture. It is all about providing top quality service for our clients, totally focused on the needs and objectives of our clients. The spotting of each professional’s potential and their possible development will depend on this latter stage.

Once the recruitment process tests have been completed, we contact the candidates who have taken part in the recruitment process in order to let them know about its result.
