For Gesdocument, the value of certainty is our commitment. It is part of our own values, and the access to information is restricted so that there is only access to it for those people who are duly authorised.

Our company is formed by professionals as much as it is formed by the reliability these professionals offer. Already from the recruitment of our team of professionals, we pay special attention to their integrity and trust. These two are the main virtues for a candidate, and these skills are not negotiable. We apply:

• Evaluation methods to double-check skills, competences and absolute integrity along the whole recruitment process (different rounds of interviews). 
• Verification and double-checking of referees and CV’s of all our professionals. 
• All our professionals must sign a non-disclosure agreement. 
• The key information is only shared amongst the very restricted group of professionals who is directly involved in that assignment. 
• There is a constant monitoring of the information which moves in and out of our Information Systems. 
• We have a strong commitment for confidentiality with the information provided. 
• Constant monitoring and control of security within the company which is later applied to the information provided. 
• It is absolutely guaranteed that we will disclosure neither any kind of project, nor the processes of the tasks assigned. 
• There is restricted access to information through the use of user identification in all our computers. 

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Which offers even greater contract validity to our commitment to provide security. We encourage our clients to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

SECURITY SYSTEMS

The access to our data systems is protected through a policy of secure passwords by which the system restricts access and it only allows it to authorized personnel. As well as protecting the external connections against non-authorised access.

• We fulfil and respect all the requirements set out in the L.O.P.D.
• Some of our safety and security measures have to do with:
• Having a whole firewall infrastructure, able to screen any external or internal non-authorised connection. 
• We have systems to detect and pro-actively prevent against intrusions. 
• Our anti-spam filters count on two different detection levels. 
• Gesdocument counts on the right tools to detect viruses, trojans and other malicious software. 
• Our security copy systems make sure the restoration of service is carried out promptly. 
• Secure-access control to internal documentation. 
• Pro-active alarms in order to detect any attempt of access to sensitive or restricted documents. 
• Strong password structure for the user. 
• Pro-active detection system to prevent intrusions and service breakdowns 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
