The payroll service covers:
- Work contracts and its delivery to the database from the Public Employment Service. We offer Labour Consultancy services in the approach of the best possible option for a contract to draft, with total guarantee of the application of the bonuses which legally go with them.
- The communication of any variation, register and unsubscribing of their employees in the Spanish Social Security.
- We do the payslips according to the instructions and regulations for the specific collective agreement applicable.
- We issue lists with costs of evaluation for salaries, budgets and accounts, as well as simulations for changes in the payroll, increases over CPI or calculations of delays.
- We do monthly lists where you will be able to do a follow up and monitoring of the sick leaves, accident leaves and absenteeism in your staff.
- We assess in the right positioning of the partners and administrators for the different systems of the Spanish Social Security (Freelance, General and Assimilated General).
- We assess in terms of pensions of the Social Security, retirements, pre-retirements, part-retirements, invalidity and unemployment benefits which may affect your company.
- Assessment in terms of tax making and its corresponding deduction over the Income Tax (Spanish IRPF).
- We proceed with the contribution for bulletins to the Social Security, tasks related to creditor’s amounts, fees through payment by standing order or electronic account, possible deferments of fees or resources for debts claiming.
- We manage and proceed with the different registering for sick leaves and fitness certificates, as well as confirmation notes to the Spanish Social Security National Institute, both for common contingencies and for professional contingencies.
- We appear before the Work Inspection, preparing all documents required and doing a close monitoring of the whole process.
- In collaboration with your Health and Safety Prevention Agency, we carry out a service of consulting for your specific situation.
